Silentium est Praemium Nostrum

I do not know whether or not I shall recognise this country much even when the day breaks and the sun spills over the land. With all that has happened and all of which I find myself aware it is hard to imagine that any part of Britain will resemble itself the way it has been carefully etched into my memory. I am unsure whether or not now was truly the time to come here for any elongated span of time, however I find myself returning to this country anyhow. There are advantages, I suppose, to my return, though I can hardly say as to whether or not I was ever truly here long enough for this to be a "return," per se. At this juncture I can only hope that all of those whom I wish to see now that I am here are still alive and well.
